The beautiful passive house is a 200sqm two bedroom plus bunkroom home featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a snug that can be closed off from the main living area by a barn door.

The home is finished with European triple glazed doors and windows, external screens on the living areas and master bedroom for sun and wind protection, and feature wallpapers with amazing lighting from Katie Brown and David Trubridge.
